Why I won't buy again:
- House and AC unit on the utility easement
- No repairs made on the one year warranty guarantee
- Poor electrical setup: breaker box constantly tripping over nothing connected to it
- No direct communication with project manager
- Bully attitude to push unfinished houses to close
- No customizations, even if you're willing to pay for it
- Our way or the highway attitude
- Employee advantage in building structure
- Cheap materials in their top of the line product
(Ashwood). Cheap paint, cheap insulation, cheap
cabinets, hot water heater is undersized, and no
grout sealer. This builder was rated as a 2 out of 5
for quality by JD Powers & Associates. A 2 is below
average.
